Shipping
Our shipping rates are based on the standard UPS Ground Rates. All items are usually processed and shipped within four business days, unless there is a problem with the order or merchandise is on backorder. We do not ship internationally at this time. We ship within the United States and to Puerto Rico . Some shipments to Alaska and Hawaii require additional time in transit.

UPS cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, make sure to specify the SHIP TO address that is a physical address of a residence or company when entering your shipping information.

In the event of damage during shipping, please notify us and UPS within 5 days of arrival of your order. Please make sure you save all original packaging . Damages must be reported within 5 days of arrival or we will not authorize the return of the items.

Return Policy / Terms
We are confident that you will be 100% satisfied with your order. However, should you decide to make a return for any reason, please make sure you meet the requirements below. Returns that do not meet the requirements will not be accepted.

• Customers are responsible for shipping charges; forward and returns.
• Returns must be post marked 5 DAYS or earlier from package delivered date. No exceptions. The package delivered date will be the date recorded by UPS tracking.
• Merchandise MUST be in its original condition with all packaging material and not be damaged, used or altered in any way.

Refunds

• Merchandise damaged, used or altered in any way will NOT be refunded.
• Merchandise in its original condition and returned within the period allowed, will be refunded. A credit to your credit card will be issued. Shipping is not refunded.
• Refund will be processed within 5 - 7 days from the day your package arrives in our warehouse.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled anytime BEFORE shipping from our warehouse. A cancellation number will be issued. Orders that were not cancelled or refused will be charged the shipping charges. This also applies to orders where the customer supplied the incorrect shipping address.
